Being an AIT/Intern for two years I acquired a knowledge of all golf course maintenance duties and equipment used. I worked closely with the superintendent and observed all daily duties of how to run smooth operations. Also I learned how to diagnose diseases, wilt and hot spots, and  gained experience of all cultural practices.       

Experience working on NCAA division 1 football and baseball fields. Duties consisted of mowing, infield dragging and brooming, aerifying, field irrigation, packing mound and bull pens, overseeding, fertilizing, etc... I also assisted in a complete baseball field renovation. Proficiently experienced on maintenance of all equipment. Oversaw how to run smooth operations and deal with certain situations

Established and enforced operating procedures and work standards that ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. I Inspected completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Scheduled work for crews, depending on work priorities, crew or equipment availability, or weather conditions. Planted and maintained vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing, watering, mowing, or pruning.
